About the adventure
Visit San Lazaro Village in our home district and discover what our community museum, U Chan Muul Yaax K'aax, has to offer. Our museum was a community initiative to create a central space that allows us to research our Maya history from ancient times through the Caste Wars of the 19th century.
You will be able to see exhibitions with Maya artifacts passed down by our Maya elders and discover our traditional way of life through folk stories and tours at the medicinal garden.
